I don’t know about you, but I always waste money on fresh herbs! For some reason I can’t get them to stay fresh. After using them in my first recipe of the week, they wilt and I end up throwing them away.
Now, I’m trying to grow some of my own herbs this spring (we just planted rosemary, basil, cilantro, chives, and parsley) but until they grow in successfully...
