What is Healthy Body Healthy Life?
Healthy Body Healthy Life is a health and wellness program for anyone who is ready to take charge of their health. The HBHL wellness program is designed to give you the tools, resources, and knowledge to optimize your overall wellness- both inside and out. Through education and exercise, paired with an open mind and positive attitude, you will have the power to build a healthy body and consequently, a healthy life.The great part about the program is it’s easy to follow and convenient to fit into the schedule of busy individuals! Whether you are a hard-working professional, or a busy stay-at-home caregiver, HBHL will give you tips to maximize your workouts- no gym required! You will get weekly Powerbodyz workouts to do at home (requiring nothing but your body weight and a timer!) in less than 30 minutes, plus suggestions for other weekly workouts to round out your exercise regimen. Subscribers will receive weekly workout profiles, fitness & nutrition lessons, and ideas for nutritious meal plans… and it’s all FREE.
Program Goals:
* Offer high-quality boutique style fitness classes and thought-provoking educational information on the blog.
* Keep HBHL fitness classes free to military and affordable and affordable to all.
* Start HBHL satellites at new military bases every year.
* Encourage families to make small, incremental, and lasting changes toward a life of wellness.
* Seek support in cash and in kind from like-minded companies and individuals who wish to support improved wellness in their community.
* Gain attention for the need for wellness programs for families of military members.

As a subscriber, in addition to the information you’ll receive through the weekly blog, in certain areas the HBHL program offers live classes! The program meets twice per week for one hour workouts with a certified instructor- one yoga class and one Powerbodyz high intensity interval workout.
Stay motivated with your group and meet other individuals in your community that want to build healthier lives! If you don’t have an HBHL program where you live, you can still do the workouts (Powerbodyz and yoga via video) and get all of the information via the weekly blog. Designed for military spouses- an inspirational group that is the heart of our nation’s military- HBHL is a non-profit organization that provides all services free to military families. Our goal is to expand HBHL to every military base worldwide, providing a networked infrastructure that perseveres despite the frequency of military moves. To do this, we offer employment opportunities for the right type of military spouse with the skills to be an HBHL instructor and/or leader.
